Taking A Daily Tea Break to Improve Our Lives by Instructor Ma
Living in this busy modern world is really amazing. Many find it difficult to have time to fit in all activities, such as working, taking care of the kids, exercising, attending social functions, plus finding the time to eat healthy meals and snacks!

Sometimes slowing down a bit is the only way we can keep ahead of the game. Taking regular tea breaks is the perfect healthy way to relax and unwind; so, sit back, relax and enjoy your cup of Tea, and absorb the environmental elements so as to figure out your life.

In Asian culture, tea making, and drinking is an art form focused on taste and environment. In the martial arts we often celebrate accomplishments with a tea ceremony. Tea enjoyment should match surrounding elements such as breeze, bright moon, bamboo etc.

In the past there could be very difficult to find, however, today they are much more common. I order most of the time from Amazon. Just sipping various Asian green teas with a friend or co-worker can really brighten everyone’s mood. Green tea is a very traditional drink in Asia and there are other varieties that are popular in a lot of countries in Europe and in the western world as well. People all over the world are feeling the positive healthy effects of drinking health green tea.
There are many herbal teas that are used to treat a wide variety of illnesses and diseases. They can also be very flavorful. Nearly every supermarket has a great selection of these teas to help reduce stress, treat sore throat and cough. One of my favorite teas helps me sleep more restfully. If you have a favorite herbal tea, tell us about it in the comments below.
The USA Hapkido Union, Inc will be launching an Herbal Teas for Martial Artists Course in February of 2023. Be watching for it.
