At the seminar he covered championship techniques and strategies including his three favorite hand techniques and kicks for competition.
He taught proper execution of the back fist, the ridge hand and reverse punch for maximum speed and power. He also covered power and timing secrets for lead leg, round house, side kick and hook kicks.
The strategy session included how to create opening for your techniques and application of the Sphere of vision (Cone) Principle: Attack using blind spots to create openings to draw in the opponent so that you can score.
Economy of motion principle was taught using jamming techniques to stop the attack so that you can counter with the three primary competition kicks.
The tactics training covered the three primary elements of distancing, timing, and footwork to dominate your opponent. All the participants had a great time and look forward to the next event.
